I guess it’s time I face the music. I am NOT flexible what so ever. Ballet requires that you be flexible. So that leaves me with the dreaded fact that I need to buckle down and really start working on it. No more excuses. So by September 1, my goal is to have a set “stretching work out plan” to use at home. I have to somehow squeeze this into my already busy schedule of working full time, ballet classes 3x/week, spending time with my husband, and all the other stuff us adults get to deal with. But like I said, no more excuses. If I want my ballet technique to improve beyond what it is right now and in the future, I need to be more flexible. Period.
So, if anyone has any suggestions for me, I gladly appreciate it!! I’ve looked up various stretches on YouTube and the Internet, but I just can’t seem to figure out a good order to do them all in. Or which ones are most effective. So any advice or tips will greatly help!!
